1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Magic Touch Pet Dental website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Magic Touch Pet Dental provides non-anesthetic pet dental cleaning services for dogs and cats in New Jersey and the New York City area. We reserve the right to decline service to any pet we determine to be unsuitable for non-anesthetic cleaning, including pets with severe aggression, serious health conditions, or advanced dental disease that requires veterinary care.
3. Appointments
Booking requests submitted through our website are not confirmed until you receive direct confirmation from our team by phone or email. We will contact you to confirm availability and schedule your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (551) 354-9786 or emailing contact@magictouchpetdental.com. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through our website are valid for non-anesthetic dental cleaning services and never expire. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be replaced. Gift cards are redeemed at the time of service.
6. Payments
Payment for gift cards is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are listed in US dollars. Magic Touch Pet Dental reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will be reflected on the website.
7. Health Disclaimer
Non-anesthetic dental cleaning is not a substitute for veterinary care. While we perform a visual oral assessment during each session, we are not licensed veterinarians and cannot diagnose or treat dental disease. If we observe anything of concern, we will advise you to follow up with your veterinarian. Magic Touch Pet Dental is not responsible for pre-existing dental or health conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Magic Touch Pet Dental will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
